The tallest LEED Platinum building in Vancouver and the first LEED Platinum historic renovation in North America. The new tower is a vertical extension of the Old Stock Exchange Building.
A 2.1 million square foot redevelopment of the existing Eau Claire Market and adjacent properties into a mix of residential, office and retail uses.
Second and Main is a 233 unit condominium development hosting a range of apartment sizes and targeted to be LEED Gold. MKT acted as the owner representative for the major partner of the project.

MKT provided full project management in developing this unique structure that houses a leader in the gaming industry. Includes motion capture, gaming studios, a thousand car parkade topped with a soccer field.

MKT successfully completed phase one of the Maison complex which is a mix of seniors living and long term memory care with a wide array of in house amenities. Phase two is now underway.
